I was making a pork roll sandwich for breffis this morning and got to thinking about gross food. This jumped right to the forefront of my mind --- why is it called "potted meat food product?" The name is a gross as that slop inside the can -- in fact, why not just call it slop? ... babs
A few tidbits about me: I live in South Philly, but am originally from Frederick, MD; I love to cook and make up crazy concoctions (but I don't bake ... too many rules); I don't have pets and don't want any; I love football; my favorite # is 8; my sweetie Dave and I have the same birthday. I'm a long lost piano player, love to sing in the car (loud), and love to have a houseful of friends. I'm a sucker for Christmas and bad TV.

I have never seen or heard of this before. YUCK!!! Potted Meat Food Product? I don't think I want to know!!
OK, anything that can't be any more specific than "Meat"?
Red flag.
They even say what "flavour" pet food is.
To quote Tim Gunn - "This concerns me..."
BTW - LOVE the sassy new look!
If they have to tell me it's food, it's definitely something I would not want to eat...it looks a little...recycled :(
It's the stuff they cannnot put in hot dogs? Didn't we have this at lunch in the school cafeteria? ha!
